well i wanted to poke fun at a really strong villian what an awful moment that was for the Z Fighters when Cell returned from his "death" and he came back even stronger than before as Super Perfect Cell! well since he is strong and evil i decided to be even more evil than him and turn him into a chibi he may be small but he still kept his power drawn in class (yes as a doodle) scanned onto Photoshop CS3 done in Photoshop CS3 with pen tool and some brushing with my tablet all done by me enjoy  Cell © Akira Toriyama Fan art © Hellknight10 |
