Hey everybody, it's been a while
I'm just dropping off this Pokemon fan art of my favorite Gym Leader: Jasmine

also Steelix is one badass Pokemon (but Jirachi is still my favorite)

this actually took pretty long mainly because of my computer being old and slow, also this image is gigantic (shrunk for DA purposes as a copy)

all done in Photoshop CS3 with my old but trusty tablet
